Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor is been regarded as one of the power couples of Bollywood. After dating for over four years, it seems like the duo is ready to take the next big step in their relationship- marriage.
Malaika Arora took the internet down by sharing a photo of her with the caption, “I said YES,” with two-hearts emojis.
Though later Malaika cleared the air that the statement was for her OTT debut, she shared a post and wrote, “ I said YES to @disneyplushotstar for my new reality show #HotstarSpecials #MovinginwithMalaika where you will get to see me up close and personal, like never before. Umm, wait, what did you guys think I was talking about? Streaming from 5th Dec!”

The actress also shared. “For the longest time, the world has viewed me through the lens of social media. But this time I am excited to shake that up a bit. With this show, I want to break that barrier between me and my fans and invite them into my world through Moving In With Malaika. It will be a fun ride as I take everyone along with me exploring my day to day life with some of my closest family and friends. I am exhilarated to kick start this new venture and delighted to collaborate with Disney+ Hotstar on this.”
In the photo, Arora was captured smiling with joy and the little blush on her cheeks confirms the fact that Arjun and Malaika will be the next married couple from Bollywood.
On the KWK S7 Ep 6, he also answered why it took him so much time to go public with his relationship with Malaika. He shared, “I think I’ve lived a life being on the other side of the spectrum. I grew up in a disjointed family, and it was not easy to see what was going on, and still had to accept everything. I can’t just jump on her (Malaika). The first reaction could be ‘What do you mean?’ If you ease people in, they’ll understand.”
“I will always think about everyone first. It is my choice to be with her, but I cannot expect everyone to understand. It has to be allowed to grow. I cannot expect everyone to understand easily. Darja dena padta hai, and I had to ease everyone into it including the public eye. It’s not that we didn’t talk about it as a couple. But there are baby steps. There is a basic understanding that she has had a life, she has a son, and I’m coming from a past that is aware of that. The moral compass of the country you cannot dictate”, Arjun explained.
The actor also said that at the moment his focus is on films. Last seen in The Lady Killer, the actor will next be seen in Aasman Bhardwaj’s ‘Kuttey’ and Ajay Bahl’s ‘The Ladykiller’.
Within a few minutes, Malaika’s post went viral. Several netizens and her friends congratulated the actress.
Arora was earlier married to Salman Khan’s brother Arbaaz Khan, and they ended their 19-year-old marriage in 2016. Currently, they are co-parenting their 19-year-old boy Arhaan Khan.
